This is very evocative, Don. At first I was thinking it was sand dunes, but now I’m thinking the top of a flower, perhaps a tulip. It’s very dreamy, and the color palette (being so muted and earthy) adds nicely to the sense of abstraction, loss of scale, etc.
Very nice Don. A really good example of abstract minimalism. I’m really pleased to see some of that on NPN since I came back to posting some images. The subtle colours and tones, together with such softness created a wonderful feeling of warmth within me while I explored throughout the frame. Well done indeed.
