Balancing Act

We often see birds who appear to have only one leg when, in fact, the other is just tucked up for warmth.
This young gull does indeed have only one leg, but has adapted well.

Nice clean image with a pleasant head turn. I like the way the slant of the leg clearly shows the way the bird has adapted. Excellent work, Sandy.

Hi Sandy, I was looking for the other leg until I read your text. Nice pose and background. Maybe brighten the eye a tad?

Hi - -just got home…

As of 4:45 here, Critiques are clickable, Galleries are not.

Public access to Galleries only, not critiques.

I don’t like any of this. I’ve had images stolen and appearing on an unauthorized website.

I’m not sure what the solution is - maybe just posting them at the smallest reasonable size is the best we can do.

Or maybe we should post only in Galleries and note “All comments and critiques welcome - I’m posting here so people cannot copy and save, as they can in Critiques.” Bet THAT would cause an uproar !
