Yes. And that goose is cooked Nice flight shot and good for you to get both eyes. I particularly like the nice low angle of the shot.

Hi Dan
That is quite a shot. Did the Eagle take the Goose in flight? I have been on the water when a Goose thought I was entering his playground and been chased away. Really nice framing and action. (who the boss)

Good action! Looks like it was taken at your pond. I think the exposure on the white tail plumage is a little hot and lacks detail. The contrast on the dark plumage could come up a tad (half a stop = a tad). Could be a Canada goose but based on the size, is probably a cackling goose. The Eagles up my way rarely go after the geese and prefer smaller ducks.

Thanks, Dave, appreciate the review. The whites were blown, a grab shot as shots like this are, unless you expect an Eagle to swoop and grab a goose…
I was lucky to swivel and fire 10 shots…
I did my best to fix but about as much as I could do.
I do think I can add the darks, will do.

Excellent flight/action shot. The birds stand out well against the background. I like the setting with the combination of water and plant life.
