Beautiful image, Balan. I love the background for this one. The only thing I could suggest is placing the bird a touch further to the left in the frame and just possibly dodging that one really dark blob in the lower right.
Hi Balan
Lovely Bee Eater. The center framing works only because the Bee Eater’s tail feather goes down into the lower third of the left side of the frame. The coloring and eye contact are great. I do have a question about the white marking on the Bee Eater’s tail.

A lovely image with a perfect pose! I love the high-key BG with a gentle hint of the setting. I would consider removing the branch making a triangle in the LL corner, which pulls the eye away from the lovely bird. The darker blob mentioned by @Dennis_Plank could be lightened a bit (a swipe with a 40-50% opacity cloning brush could work very well). And possibly the same for the dark area in the LR corner, although it is nicely inconspicuous. I would also vote for cleaning up the mess on the tail as mentioned by @Peter_Morrissey if such manipulations are within your ethics.
Balan: Like @Diane_Miller I really like the high key BG. I do very little bird photography so I find images like yours intriguing and beautiful. Nicely done.>=))>
Like the pose you caught here Balan with a slight turn of his head. Nice soft light and he stands out well from the BG. My only thought is, since he’s facing right, would like a bit more room on that side, but not a biggy for this beautiful image.
Bee-eaters are wonderful subjects. Sometimes they sit still enough to get some great shots, like the one you have posted.
Excellent comments above. I do find that darker blob draws my eye and I would more than likely remove it. I’m thinking a slice off the top and a smidge off the LHS.
Good look at this bee eater.. I also like the high key approach.
I think with Dennis and Diane have some promising ideas with alterations. To me, this bee eater has some of the same characteristics as the motmot we see in Central America
