Interesting. At first I thought it was a painting. Am definitely drawn to the bird. Nice sharp detail. Am curious about the perch. What do you mean when you say “From a workshop, branches cut and made available?”

Hi, Christine - in some of the small bird workshops, flowering branches or otherwise interesting branches from surrounding trees are cut and placed around a water source (or sometimes hidden seed) to provide perches for the birds to land on as they cautiously come in. You still have to be very quick to catch any of them, as they are there for only a second or two.
Very pretty colours, dreamy background and a nice diagonal perch. There seems to be so little detail in the stick itself. Is this a trait of the plant?
