Lovely bird, Jagdeep. The background color really complements that plumage.
Curious if you had more room in the original frame to the left, or if things got “messy” in the background over there.

I have more room on the left and it’s clean.
I ask because at the moment it feels like two separate halves merged together, whereas a bit more space to the left might give the eye a bit more room to explore (something we often aim for with profiled subjects). I’m not beholden to the Rule of Thirds, but I do think restoring a bit more canvas to the left will help the overall balance. You’ve got a fine image regardless!
