An older duck box at the small refuge I visited this morning has attracted some house swallows. Once again, not really close enough to get as much detail as I would like on the bird.
Considering how much difficulty I have getting a flight shot of these with all the ones on our property, I applaud this shot profusely, David. Great wing position, nice background and that beat-up old duck box has all kinds of character. Well done.
David, I like the wing position as well as the head turn on him. Also like that the nest box is included, allowing the viewer to know the intentions of the bird.
