Cool use of the cloudy sky, Ronald with some interesting rainbow effects there.

It is comforting to know, Ronald, that I was not the only one shoot the eclipse through clouds. You’ve gotten some great definition and colors in the clouds with the eclipse just peaking through. Feels like a bit of a tease on the eclipses part! Nicely done!

Excellent to get this with the clouds! A unique and dramatic shot. I love the “moon dog”, caused by ice crystals high in the atmosphere.

Possibly some tweaking could bring it out more? And possibly you might find a little more detail in the brightest clouds, but overall a wonderful capture!

Thank you @Dennis_Plank, @linda_mellor and @Diane_Miller for your comments. I think clouds add a lot when the eclipse is not total.

Well done to work with the clouds. I think they add a nice atmospheric element.
