About This Image
I saw this big white-tailed buck in velvet this morning at the local state park. This image was taken just shortly after sunrise.
Feedback Requested
Is the butterfly a noticeable enough element to even mention? I am thinking including it in the title kind of makes one look for it.
Any comments appreciated.

Great shot–a monster buck getting chased by a butterfly! Yes, leave the butterfly in. The lighting is nice and like the hazy BG too, Nice job getting this one perfectly…Jim

Thanks Jim. That gives me the idea to change the title to “Big buck chased by tiny butterfly”. Thanks!
Allen, how fun!!! The butterfly looks good and shows up well even though it’ small. The deer is a fine, big buck, who’s clearly moving quickly.

First, that’s a nice size buck! The butterfly is a nice touch, but what is really catching my eye is the velvet on the antlers, and from an overall perspective, that LIGHT. What great light in this image. Very nicely done.

Allen, I am really enjoying exploring your image. A beautiful animal in a lovely setting with light to die for. The butterfly is the icing!
I do wonder about a little more canvas on the bottom to allow for virtual long legs and perhaps a big slice added to the right?

Hi Glenys, thanks!
I thought about added space also but that would make the butterfly smaller in the frame. Trying for just enough breathing room for the buck.
