The male and the female of the species are amongst the most colorful pairs in Central America. Real easy to over saturate this one.

I like the detail. And good job on the exposure as I am guessing in might have been easy to blow the REDs out.

Nice bird with amazing colors. The pose, with the head turned is very pleasant as well. The OOF background is great as well. Only things would be the branch, which is rather bulky in comparison with the bird, but other than that a very fine image ! Cheers, Hans
