Oh what lovely light and a perfect frozen moment. It stands out so well against the dark, smooth greenery. Maybe just a tiny more room around it? Hm…not sure. Terrific capture. I think I scared a couple of these while kayaking last week…they were in some thick vegetation, but I suspect it was a couple of greenies.

Hi Allen
Sounds like a nice way to spend the day. The plus is, you have a good looking Heron photograph.

This is a nice look at the heron. The BG is nice and dark and the heron pops out of the frame. Well done…Jim

Really nice image, hard to improve on that; I guess you’re finished now with the Green Herons 😉 … Perfect pose and I love the light. Congrats, well done ! Cheers, Hans
