Intimate minimalist landscape

I post here nothing too spectacular. It’s a simple image, a minimalist image of an intimate landscape- tall reeds in calm water on a late spring morning. I often look for scenes like this either when my primary goal falls absent or as my primary goal. Intimate landscapes, whether they are leaves, bark, reeds, mushrooms, etc., can always be found in an almost every environment here in the northeast.

Please list any pertinent technical details or techniques:

Nikon D810 with a Nikon 24-120 f/4 lens. Hoya circular polarizer. Manfrotto tripod and ball head.

Lovely. Very well done. Brilliant composition and color.

Simple, simply gorgeous. I can imagine a fine print in a contemporary setting…

Great work.

Semply and beautiful

Thank you everyone. Scenes like this lack the excitement of the big and grand. That awe inspiring sense of wonder is absent. Yet, there is something very attractive about intimate landscapes that keep me looking for more.

Just perfect. The pastel lavender gradient especially.
