### Description

One of my colleagues blessed me with this amaryllis which was kind enough to start opening yesterday. Thought it was a nice expression for the season. _Joy to the world, the Lord has come_. Merry Christmas to all of you at NPN. May you be blessed with good subjects and light. \>=))\>

BG is an ivy wall which does not render pure black. OK with you?

Merry Christmas Bill. I have one of these plants that should have a photo-worthy set of blooms in a few days. The lighting is wonderful and the developing flowers look good against the dark BG…Jim
