Image Description

This year, I was again fortunate enough to take a few helicopter rides over Lake Magadi, along with my safari guests. It has never ever disappointed me. Once again, we saw beautiful colours and patterns, accompanied by flamingos and pelicans.

The colors here are amazing. I read at your description after looking at the image awhile, and I must say, I assumed the scale was much smaller. Beautiful! No suggestions for improvement.

A marvellous abstract to my eye. I enoy the dynamics of your composition as well as the interesting colour palette.

My reaction is that this image is really hurt by its small size.

I just love the setup, The magical flows of color would be good enough, but the birds (flamingos?) and their shadows really put this over the top. I was excited until I clicked on the image to view it larger and enjoy the details. I know you worry about piracy, but IMHO the image loses a lot of its impact as posted.

This is a stunning color combination showcasing natures true capabilities. The shapes and textures are almost as amazing as the colors in this image. Add to that the large flock of flamingos flying through the middle of the scene and you have something special here, Ingrid. I too would love to be able to see larger version of this as I think it deserves to be viewed large but I also understand your fear of piracy. Beautiful location and a beautiful scene. Thanks for sharing this one.

This is a wonderful natural abstract with amazing colors. I do wish it had been uploaded at a higher resolution and without (or with a smaller) watermark because it’s difficult to appreciate the smaller details when they’re pixelated. I feel like this would be amazing printed large and on metal.

Thank you all for your appreciation. I understand you would like to see it larger, and @Bret_Edge , thanks for the suggestion of printing it large, I might just do that! But this is the maximum size I upload my photos on any website, including my own, so I’m truly sorry that I have to disappoint you… Thanks again :folded_hands: Ingrid.
PS: I can assure you it looks great large
