Two beech trees meet in spring clothes. Sila National Park, Italy
Antonio, the way you visualize the interplay and communication of trees is most interesting appealing for me. Since I have read the book “Das geheime Leben der Bäume” by Peter Wohlleben (best translated as “The Hidden life of Trees”) I am fascinated by the idea that trees are communicating with one another and care for and look after their offspring and their old and afflicted neighbours.
Thanks for sharing!
Lovely photo Antonio. And thanks Peter for your wonderful thoughts on trees. Take care.
Thanks a lot. I’m glad you noticed this, and I also believe that trees communicate and interact with each other. Even when a tree dies, for decades it receives sap from nearby trees, thanks to its roots. We really have a lot to learn from nature.
Thank you very much Linda
