Wow, it took some reading about all the cloning 
I’m one of those never-clone-anything-out preachers, but I preach only to myself, don’t worry. I think you did it wonderfully well! At first sight obviously not having noticed the cloning job, what struck me first was the strange colour of the birds. So I thought the photo below was the revised version. Now it seems it is the original. Well, I much prefer the white balance of the original. To me it comes across as much more natural. Other than that: great shot, very sharp, lovely moment… and congratulations on the Editor’s Pick!

@Ingrid_Vekemans I noticed the white balance too but I’ve been out of town all week. My final version posted to social media has the correct white balance. Thanks!
