I really like the image as it is;
The bright part peeking through the clouds, the shadowed part reduced in its darkness—all in perfect contrast.
I really like the composition. It works very well just as it is.

Hi David,
I somehow missed this moody and mysterious image until now, but I have to say that I am loving it! The jagged peaks of the mountain has this commanding presence as it tantalizingly reveals itself from behind the clouds. The B&W conversion has a nice range of tones and was definitely the way to go with this scene. Beautifully done!
