Mt Hope Bridge long exposure

Mt Hope Bridge is celebrating it’s 90th anniversary - all dressed at night in Red, White and Blue - quite pretty. Tried a long exposure of the water to get a reflection of the colorful lights

What technical feedback would you like if any?

Foreground lit by the street sodium vapor lamp - nice - but a bit too yellow perhaps ( I did decrease the yellow )

What artistic feedback would you like if any?

Is this too " dreamy" - some vibration effect on the white lit portion perhaps ?
Should the brighter whites especially in the water be toned down ?

Pertinent technical details or techniques:

Single image - exposed for 70 seconds

Hi Carl,

Sorry that you never received a reply. I feel the “dreamy” effect is a little strong. I feel part of the right and top of the image could be cropped off as well because it does not add a lot to the image. Also, maybe straightening the image using the pillars of the bridge as the leveling point. I have attached an image just for reference.

Thanks Bobby

It was only after I posted that I realized that this is a Nature forum

I agree - too blurry - long exposure - bridge vibrations
