I tested it once it worked fine. today i ran into a problem. I uploaded a .jpg file, but it won’t work it says image must be .jpg or .png ---

Interesting, by chance was it a jpeg rather than jpg? I should add that extension as well. ---

No it was just .jpg I first tried it from my mobile phone i thought the issue is with the mobile platform then i used my desktop and still the same result Mobile : Safari Desktop: Chrom ---
