Gigi: I was a little surprised to see this is in Italy as it has a Southeast Asia look. Really interesting scene. I like the weathering on the shelter and the FG grasses are a nice complement. I have enjoyed very much your images of your home country. Your love for it shows through. >=))>
I love the color of the building, grasses, and the immediate surroundings. The roof and that walls have some arresting colors in particular. Frankly I don’t think you need quite so much landscape around the building. Also I probably would not put the building dead center. But I do like the way the building seems to jump out of all that blue.
Nice little scene and story. You kept some nice separation from the roof of the shack and the opposite shoreline to prevent a merging. I feel it is too blue for this type of scene, but if that was your vision then it’s not too blue. I like the vignette. I think also judging by what little horizon is visible, there is a slight clockwise tilt. Even if it’s just an illusion I feel it’s better to make the verticals more plumb. I straigtened them up and went with a B&W. Hope you don’t mind me messing with your image.
@Michael_Lowe thanks. Yes the blue is to blue. You solved the problem in the best way with a B&W image. I like your image much better then mine. Thanks again.
@Bill_Fach and @Igor_Doncov thanks for the visit and your opinions. @Igor_Doncov your advice are always helpfull. I will try to implement your suggestions. Thanks again.
