Pied Piper

Critique Style Requested: Standard

The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

When I spotted this little scene my immediate thought was, “Pied Piper”, thus the title as Big Red seems to be leading this entourage out of the garden. Every day is different with these flowers as per their name they only last a day and are gone the next. Fortunately they are prolific bloomers and there are still a number of them budding still.

Specific Feedback

I considered stacking this to get every flower in focus but liked the effect of the DOF falloff more. Your thoughts?

Very clever title, Bill and very well photographed. You got the perfect angle on these.

:+1: :+1: :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: Well named and a true change up in a “garden variety” composition overall here, Bill. The short DOF sets this up perfectly.
