Piping Plover

While in Fort Myers last December, I found this Piping Plover. Since the bands, I wanted to report back to the bankers and this way I found out that it hatched in the Summer of 2017 in Michigan ( > Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore). Great image of this diminutive plover. I like how you have placed the plover in the frame, and the lighting and low angle make this very pleasant to view. Nice to get one with the band.

Excellent light, detail, depth of field and point of view. I enjoyed the story of the band. A well composed image.
