Hi Dave
I was wondering if you were going to get an opportunity to photograph Puffin in Iceland. I was hoping to a gate shot at a Puffin on the shore but, they were all in the water. This is a great portrait shot. The whites , blacks, color and detail look great. The sun must be up for around 20 hours at this time of year. Nice work.

It may have been a very bright sun, but you managed it well. Wonderful portrait.

Wonderful!! I love the contemplative pose and the nice BG. The eye is amazing! Lights and darks are wonderful. And the crop to 4.4% (sic) duly noted!! Good work!

Excellent, David. Beautiful detail even with the extreme crop. I like the pose and you cropped it very nicely for the portrait.
