Return of the tide at blue hour, 2nd Beach, Olympic National Park

The sun was gone, the hour late, but the tide had turned to provide a shallow layer of water over the beach.

Composite: No
Sony a7IVR, 24-105 f/4 lens at 40 mm. 8 sec, f/22, ISO 100. Processed in LR and PS to create the final image. (BTW, there is detail in the shadows of the rocks).

Great use of complementary colors. The shutter speed is long enough to be silky, but still show some movement in the water. Nice contrast against the rocks.
