Seilebost, Harris, Scotland
Gently sculpted waves of rippled sand flow along the enormous sand dune backed beach formed by the previous few days of summer gales provide a wonderful unblemished foreground that echo the humped shoulders of the Harris mountains on the far horizon. The soft side lighting demurely suggests its form rather than revealing all its intimate treasures in one go.

I love the soft colors and light here, Ian. All of the repeating curves work so well together. I really love this photograph.
Delightful light and pastel color Ian. Love the foreground grass stems and rippled sand. One of my favorite beaches in Scotland (among many others).
On a side note, Just switched from the mirrorless Fujifilm XT-2 to the new Canon R mirrorless. More familiar controls with the same specs as my Canon 5D mark IV and I can us all my Canon L lenses with an adapter.
