Sri Lanka Leopard

I have just returned from a couple of weeks in Sri Lanka. While its extensive protected areas are known for their Leopards, they are not very easy to find and less easy to photograph. But I was lucky on a few occasions including in Yala National Park where this rather battered female crossed in front of an arching tree, making for a nice frame. I took this in late afternoon with my new Sony a9 with the FE 100-400mm lens and the 2X teleconverter, at 800mm, manual exposure, f/11 at 1/1250th, ISO 3200.
