State Park Birds

Critique Style Requested: Standard

The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

The local state park here has started to hold birds regularly in the pond and the wooded wetlands (owls). Here are a few shots that I have taken this week.
The last image is of barred owl siblings showing each other some love (I guess).
The other images are from the state park pond.

This is a really nice collection of shots you got from the state park. I especially like the last image with the owls smooching. Very well done!

That’s one productive park you have, Allen. Your timing on the Kingfisher shot is superb, the interaction in the owls image is wonderful, and the two reflection shots are both fine images, particularly the Great Blue Heron with that gorgeous light.

Hi Allen
You have a very productive satate pond. Nice serices of photographs. Peter

Very nice series. What a variety. And tack sharp well composed pictures. It is also nice to see the differences between the US and European fauna. As far as I know, there are no belted kingfishers this side of the ocean. I am looking forward to more.
