About This Image
This was the last composition I made on the way home from my trip to photograph the Milky Way from Sentinel Dome the night before. I made this photo after my last post Finding Balance. What grabbed my attention was the expansive meadow of lupine. I wish I had seen it on the way in when the light was not as harsh but on my way in I was looking for the pullout on the right side at Siesta lake and was not paying attention to the other side of the road.
