Where Feedback Would Help Most
I’m wondering whether the processing supports the mood or feeling I was aiming for. I’d like feedback on whether the composition guides attention clearly, or whether anything pulls the eye away. I’d welcome thoughts on what would most strengthen this image, either artistically or technically.
I think this works really well - I like the composition, square crop, and exposure (though initially I wondered if it might increase the contrast by dodging the lighter areas a bit).
I am no landscape expert so I’ll await those here to comment further. Lovely image
Rahul: Welcome to NPN and thanks for a fine image of this marvelous scene and conditions. About the only thing I might do is to bring up the shadows just a tiny bit but this works really well as is. Also it would be easier to view if posted bigger. Site guidelines recommend sizing at 2000 pixels on the long side. This is absolutely worthy of a larger view. >=))>
A gorgeous scene! The mist is playing through the trees so wonderfully! For me, the top 2/3 is where the interest is and with a crop to just that part I don’t think I would have any suggestions for improvement, although there is always leeway for interpretation.
