# Waves in the Sky

My final morning from a recent visit to Port Orford on the Oregon Coast saw some interesting cloud patterns. The weather had been variable for the four days I was there. This morning was as cold and windy as it looks in the photo. Made it easier to head home.

I really like how the clouds mirror the shapes of the mountains and these small bluffs in the front make it all seem a bit out of this world. Great picture.

This was a nice catch for you Chris, both the unique cloud formations and the blue hills in the background. Glad you composed to show mostly sky and that narrow band of mist really helps to set the scene. The clouds remind me of a superhighway in the sky .

Chris, the waves in the sky and the blues in the distant hills both look great. While it may not have been what you were looking for, it is a very pleasant and interesting scene.
