From this vantage point, overlooking some fascinating formations within the White River Wilderness of Badlands National Park, one can see the expanse of the river vally as well as the rim on the other side of the valley.

Thank you, David. I don’t believe many people are
familiar with the size, variable environments and fauna that are in Badlands. I spent two weeks there earlier this year and admit I only scratched the surface of photographic possibilities.
You could spend a lifetime there and only scratch the surface…it’s so diverse in color, shape and texture.
