Nice interaction, David. It looks like this may have been a bit far away as both birds seem a touch soft. It’s a very cool scene.
David, it is an interesting scene and the background is nicely “painterly”. I agree with Dennis that the birds, especially the perched one, look a bit soft.
Great capture of the hawk in-flight David, but it shows quite high contrast and I am guessing that there was a strong sun. The background trees are very “painterly” (good word Mark) which adds an almost surreal feel to the picture.
