I’m a professional landscape photographer and hiking/backpacking guide, and a volunteer with the JTNPA Desert Institute. I offer one-to-one and small group workshops, photographic adventure hikes, and backpacking tours in Joshua Tree National Park.

I began taking photos at 14 with my trusty Zenit 10, teaching myself the fundamentals of photography through countless rolls of poorly exposed 35 mm film. Born in the UK, I spent 25 years working in aerospace engineering, including 15 years living in France and Germany. As a recovering engineer, I now split my time between marketing and photography and reside in Lake Forest, OC.
