I have always loved photography. I started out with travel photography in the 1970’s but my interest has always been nature. When I retired from the high-tech industry in 2010, I finally had the time to really concentrate on nature. I live in a small town that has a couple of galleries and have had 3 shows. I have sold photos but still consider myself somewhat less than a professional. I am self-taught with occasional opportunities to take workshops and learn from some pros. I would love to have some input regarding my photos and what I can do to improve editing etc. I have a Zenfolio web page and have set up the selling portion. However, getting known is tough and I have had very very little success. It’s not imperative that I sell anything because I mostly take photos for my own and my husband’s enjoyment. Since I am an older person, I am not as physically active as I used to be. I still go out fairly regularly and take most of my photos from our car, which is a great blind. I have created a photo book in Blurb which has sold in our little town by word of mouth. The book is in a gift shop nearby. The book is called Gifts of Nature From the Klamath Basin. I would like to know what people think of the book.
