I love the outdoors. My favorites to shoot are landscape, followed by wildlife. Twenty-five years ago, I used to hike through the forests with my Pentax 67 and dozens of rolls of slide and B&W film. In the early 2000s, I bought a Nikon D300s, which I still use today, and that was my intro to digital. This year, 2024, I pulled the bag out and went for some hikes. I now have a disability that can hinder my adventures, so I’m looking for opportunities that don’t require long hikes.
Another hobby I enjoy is amateur radio. I’ve been an amateur radio operator since 1993.
I’m considering a Nikon D850s to upgrade my D300s.
I want to meet others with different experiences that help my photography skills grow.
