As a hiker first, I started bringing along a Canon rebel years ago. I recently picked up a Canon R7 with the 18-150 kit lens and adapted my old nifty 50 and I’ve been having a lot of fun. I’m now studying composition and proper landscape technique along with using the APS-C to it’s full potential. I promised my family that I would not upgrade to full frame or spend thousands $$ on glass until I felt that I could shoot quality, pleasing photos with what I have.
