I’ve been fortunate to see a great deal of the world and much of it through the eyepiece of a camera starting at 18 when I traded my motorcycle for a Nikon F with three lenses. For 30 years I travelled the world extensively teaching people to use thermal imaging cameras (2-15 micron), mainly for maintenance of industrial systems. I tend to abstract much of how I see the world and find my camera a good way to learn to see more of it more clearly and closely. That said, I am more amazed than ever by life! I publish a blog of writing and photos (www.stilllearningtosee.com) as well as a webpage of photos (johnsnell.photography). Thank you.
