An amateur photographer since childhood (like my Dad), my interest in “artistic photography” began with attendance at a number of seminars in New York’s Adirondack Park, followed up by several workshops in macro, nature and landscape. Over the years I honed my skills as an active member of local photography clubs through competitions, exhibits and presentations. Since my retirement and move to upstate New York, I have had more time to devote to my passion. Now a micro 4/3 shooter (Olympus OM-D E-M1), my first love is macro, but I enjoy venturing out into all aspects of photography.
