Photography has been a part of my life in one way or another for as long as I can remember. My father was an amateur photographer and I grew up with a darkroom in our basement. I have always been interested in photography but used a point and shoot camera.

In 2016 I started to learn manual mode with a Canon Rebel camera. From then I moved to a Canon 5D Mark iii and recently upgraded to the Canon R6.

I live in Des Moines, Iowa and love taking cityscape photos to showcase my beautiful city. However, most of my photography is nature and wildlife and I have found a passion in flower photography.
