The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
Description
My first hike around Suttle Lake in central Oregon looking for Fall colors. At one end of the lake was a small ped bridge from which I captured this image of a cabin with a river that feeds into the lake.
Specific Feedback
Do you like the composition? Are the colors to strong?

What a cool find. I’d love to stay there for a bit and see what life is like with all this nature so close. Composition looks good to me, if slightly odd with the way the light is hitting the left and right sides so differently. You could use some masking on the left to bring the luminosity and color closer to that on the left for some harmony. Since we want to travel back to that structure, you could also help lead us there with some masking on the building itself and in the stream leading to it. Right now the most brightly lit areas of the photo are near the building, but also far from it in the water and foreground. Just some thoughts on an inviting landscape.
Nice find indeed. Although @Kris_Smith has noticed the unbalanced light from left to right, clearly you can tell the sun is off to the left side of the frame as the tree trunks on the right side also have their right side shaded. So the left side of the frame should in fact be shaded. I do not mind it shaded. I would leave it as is. I do wish the cabin was more prominent though.
