Thank you Mike - I do hope the rework and workflow I sent you in email will be helpful - just another option to consider. Even in my local camera club I’m known as a guy that errs on the side of keeping things quite “natural” looking. Others choose to push that envelope more than me in terms of contrast, etc.

I think you may have tried too hard to sharpen – there is really no such possibility, we can only add artifacts that make things look sharper, but at some point the artifacts will show. And as @Mark_Seaver said, you can only work on edge artifacts from a lens by careful cloning.
I think It’s a spectacular image and maybe worth a retry with just the latest Topaz DeNoise, comparing the various options.
