Critique Style Requested: Standard
The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
Description
From the night of November 7 – one of three nights I was able to get it and none were good. Also neglected to rotate the camera to put it in the correct orientation. I was just thinking to get as much of the tail as I could. So much of the processing in PixInsight needs numerical input to maximize things, and as I progress through steps I often find a previous one was less than ideal but it wasn’t obvious until I did other things. Unlike PS, there are no layers to modify. You just go back a rework from the problematic point. The lighter blobs in the sky should not be there and I lost the bluegreen in the head. Darker clearer skies and more time on it would be better. I’ll do a RP when I have time to try to find the problems.

Technical Details
50 30-sec exposures tracked with my astro rig (refractor telescope and astro camera), processed in PixInsight. (Trust me, you don’t want the details…)
