About the Presenter
Kai Hornung is a landscape and fine art photographer based in Hanover, Germany. His work combines small details with the grandeur of nature, capturing everything from intimate abstracts to sweeping vistas.
Kai is a part-time professional artist who leads workshops, mentors online, and works as an author. His photography has earned international recognition, including winning prestigious awards like Photograph of the Year 2020 in the International Landscape Photographer of the Year Awards, and he has been featured in many prolific publications like National Geographic and Condé Nast.
In addition to his photography, Kai is passionate about teaching. He is a sought-after speaker at events, inspiring in an entertaining way by sharing insights from his work and his creative journey. He is currently writing his upcoming book, 'Finding Small‘.
