Peter, you’re getting consistently great images with the new camera and lens! This is an excellent example of different BG’s, so you must have the eye-tracking set perfectly. Nice poses from all here.
Nice work!

Sure does make a difference, Peter, though I find myself liking all three with a slight preference for the first.

All nice flight shots Peter. Nice to have the bird in each image parallel to us and not angled away. Backgrounds sure make a difference. Nice series.

Hi Peter,

Backgrounds are almost as important as the subject. The little bit of OOF vegetation in the first image provides some context and I tend to like white birds with a high key BG. Looks like you are getting along just fine with your Z8. …Jim

A great set of images, Peter! It’s interesting seeing all the different backgrounds. Number one is my favourite. I love the almost black and white with the face the only colour.

Hi Sandy, Dennis, Allen, Jim & Glenys
Than you for the comments. I posted the photographs in the order of my preference, not the shoots order, the first frame is #2, the second frame is #1 and the third frame is #3.
Peter

Well, I liked your order of preference, Peter.

Hi Dennis
Thank you for the comment.
