Excellent image quality and composition, Allen. It’s so neat to have both birds in good focus and you even managed to get the male completely free of shadow from the overhang. A lovely image.

Getting both birds at the same time is worth it. Bright light is handled well and the centered comp looks good…Jim

Excellent color and detail. I love the textures on the wood. Plumage detail is done quite well along with the exposure.
