Not much done in post. Cropped a bit, resized to 1600 px for posting, sharpened the bird, and reduced noise on the BG. All feedback welcome.

I really like this banking pose giving us the dorsal view and spread tail. Sharpness looks good and background is great. My only suggestion is to add some canvas on top to balance out the image. Nice frame! Too bad the spillway maintenance prevented us from going there this winter.
Nice bird in a great pose. Great top view. A lot of dead space on the left , though - you might consider a vertical crop to minimize that and to give more room at the top. .

Very nice top side view of this gull showing the plumage very well. Given the foreshortened angle of the gull, I think a 4x5 horizontal would work well for this.
