Description

I WAS AT THE PARK JUST RELAXING, WATCHING THE GEESE, DUCKS & SWANS when these two started squabbling. They weren’t chasing each other, it was a verbal attack or maybe just an intense, heated discussion. Evidently, Goosie #1 left his hearing aids back at the nest and Goosie #2 was frustrated at having to repeat himself. Then this staging occurred and I had to stop giggling and grab the shot! Goosie #2 took off without getting an answer to his loud and obnoxious honking! Epic Fail at whispering sweet nothings in her ear!!

This is a great title, Lori. Oddly, I was just at our local pond Sunday where there were two pairs of these and the same thing was going on regularly. I’m not sure if it’s encouragement to go “get” those other folks or they just get so excited that they start beating up on each other.

If you still have the raw file, which it sounds like you probably don’t, pulling down the brightness of the white butt on the one facing away from us would be helpful. It’s bright enough to pull my eye away from the heads and the real action.

Great interactive shot, Lori. I could see a bit more room on the left.
