This gregarious species sets a high standard for what constitutes a “bad hair day.” I photographed these guys from a vehicle in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil in July. Sonly a9 with Sony 100-400mm lens at 348mm, manual exposure f/5.6 at 1/2000th, ISO 1000.
What technical feedback would you like if any? I think I should have reduced my speed to about 1/800th and increased the f-stop to get the back birds into better focus. Comments welcome.
