I would like to make a comet about the weekly challenge

Neowise can be found just below the Big Diaper, but that depends on how dark one finds the night sky about an hours past official sunset.

What technical feedback would you like if any? Perhaps a shorter exposure to limit the star trails, but then one does not pick up the magenta in the tail.

What artistic feedback would you like if any?

Pertinent technical details or techniques: iso 1600, 600mm prime, f4, 2.5 sec., D500 in mirror up mode, gimbal tripod.

(If this is a composite, etc. please be honest with your techniques to help others learn)

David, this is a fine look at this comet. Its tail shows very well here against a nice collection of stars. Interesting that I don’t see the “second tail” that I was just reading about a few days ago.
