I didn’t notice the yellow until I read your note, Sandy. I thing gone would be a little better. The brown background on the right half of the image feels odd to me. I wish you could have gotten more tulip leaves back there. The depth of field and focal plane are perfect. I really how you handled the flower.

Thanks, Dennis - I don’t like the brown much either, but they had just finished spicing up the gardens with fresh redwood bark. I know there is a way to change the colour of something, but I’m not that efficient , and that feels like too much manipulation, anyway.

Sandy I love the delicate and nuanced colors of the petals. The yellow small flower in the background is so OOF and tiny that can’t boder I think.
